The day was gray and overcast when we walked the trail and climbed the stairs to the top of the overlook at Grand Bay wma. Imagine my surprise when the color took my breath away. I was reminded that color & life & vibrancy can come from all places, even from the white & gray cypress and pine trees losing their leaves. The swamp sang with the gift.
