Spirit Animal Series: The Raven
As far as far back as I can remember, I have been mesmerized by the story in scripture of Elijah being fed by the ravens. In the darkest moments of physical and emotional anguish, there was a bird that brought sustenance.
In our world we are starve for true connection and compassion.
I imagine this conversation as the raven’s piercing eyes ask “Dear friend, what is it that you need?” She responds in gratitude, “I think you already know. I see your tears as they fall for me.”
In every turn of life, there’s a moment convincing us that the whole world truly does conspire on our behalf.
The Raven brings wisdom, connecting the physical to the spiritual.
