I’m curious. Do you consider yourself a survivor? It might mean you have had to have become a warrior. When I was a child I was so mesmerized by this native American doll and I got it as a present for Christmas. She embodied so much of what spirit I wanted to have; that overcoming nonnegotiable “I will survive” attitude… and so now at 55 I painted her. She reminds me of something important within me.
I hope that she’s an inspiration for you. You’ve got this. You’re a survivor because you are a warrior.
